Haglof Tree Core Reader

Haglöf Tree Core Reader allows examination of wood cores up to 12cm/5” with core diameter up to5.15mm/0.200”. High quality optics with 6X magnifying glass provides an accurate core reading andexamination.
With two magnets placed on each opposite side of the rail, the tree core can easily be placed in position. The core should be left inside the extractor when it is being examined in the Tree Core Reader to avoid breakage that can make the reading less precise. When the core is fixed in position, the magnifying optics is simply slid from side to side over the core, allowing reading in the millimeter or inch graduated core reader. The Haglöf Tree Core Reader is steady and built robust to bring with you in the field. You can use the tree core reader straight after a wood core has been extracted, and replace the core into the tree after examination.
