Limited Lifetime Warranty:

The lifetime warranty is only available on GV series. This warranty* covers manufacturing defects on components, which occur during normal use, and will be granted at the discretion of the manufacturer. For any warranty claim, a proof of purchase must be sent along with the snowshoes. Fro the warranty claim, you just have to go to your GV dealer, he will contact us for the service. Please take note that the snowshoes are covered by a limited lifetime warranty of the product, not the lifetime of the person who purchased them. The average lifetime of snowshoes will be between 3 to 10 years depending on usage. Ex: The lifetime of a pair of snowshoes for a person who will use them to work will be much more shorter than the one for a person who will use them for recreational uses. If it's cover by the warranty, the snowshoes will be repaired at no charge but never credited or exchanged. Regarding the freight fees, the customer has to pay them to send the product back to GV and, if the problem is covered by the warranty, GV will pay the freight fees to send them back to the customer. If not, the customer will have to pay for.
